• Monthly Fee Payment: No REFUND is issued in case of a Monthly Fee Payment.

• Quarterly / Half-yearly / Yearly Fee payments: Fees paid in advance [only Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly Fees] are refundable on a pro-rata basis in case of Unenrollment. In case the Learner wants to STOP / WITHDRAW from a running Course, the same can be done BUT after a minimum of 20 sessions/classes[2 months] . That means after a LOCK-IN period of 20 sessions/classes [2 months], a REFUND of the UNUSED FEE AMOUNT or BALANCE FEE [Total Fee Amount Received (less) Used Fee Amount] will be issued within 15 working days from the REFUND REQUESTED & ACCEPTED day. Fees paid in advance [only Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly Fees] are refundable on a pro-rata basis in case of Unenrollment.
